We look for partners who are undertaking electric fleet migrations, have signed up to the Circular Plastic Economy initiative and commit to the use of non-chemical, biodegradable cleaning agents.

We work hand in hand with our clients to achieve their EPC rating targets. From design and build through to operational excellence we have the expertise to support them every step of the way.

We have developed criteria for sourcing the most sustainable and circular materials and products in both the fit-out and the operational stages of our centres.
